دی اتیل دی سولفید (Diethyl disulfide)
دی اتیل دی سولفید یک ترکیب مهم طعم دهنده برای انواع مختلف غذا و نوشیدنی ها (به عنوان مثال: ذرت، چای سبز، گوجه فرنگی، مارچوبه و … ). همچنین این ماده در صنعت پتروشیمی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد تا میزان تشکیل کک به حداقل برساند و به عنوان یک آفت کش در صنعت کشاورزی نیز استفاده می شود.
Diethyl disulfide is a vital flavor constituent of different types of food and drinks (for example: corn, green tea, tomatoes, asparagus). It is used in the petrochemical industry to minimize Naphtha Steam Cracking during the production of petroleum coke and is being used as a pesticide in the agricultural industry.
